The tubing head is a device component that connects the top casing head and the Christmas tree to hang the tubing and seal the annular space between the tubing and the casing. The tubing head consists of a tubing head spool, a tubing hanger, a packing device, a top screw, a gate valve, a pressure gauge and a flange. The tubing head spool is installed on the flange at the top of the casing head to hang the tubing string and seal the annular space between the tubing string and the oil layer casing. After the last casing is installed, the tubing head spool is installed to provide a load step to support the tubing string and provide a sealing hole for the tubing hanger or the production casing/tubing annular space sealing. After the well is completed, the Christmas tree is installed on the top flange of the tubing head spool by connecting the tubing head reducer.
The tubing hanger is a device that supports the tubing string and seals the annular space between the tubing and the casing. The sealing method of the tubing hanger is that the tubing hanger is connected to the tubing and sealed by using the gravity of the tubing to sit in the large four-way cone of the tubing hanger. It is easy to operate, fast and safe to change the wellhead, so it is a common method used in medium-deep wells and conventional wells.
Tubing hangers are divided into three series: rubber seal, rubber + metal, metal + metal. The working pressure is up to 20000Psi, equipped with a reliable "Y" type secondary seal. And according to customer needs, it can be equipped with product equipment with different sealing forms, including downhole control pipelines and sealing technology.
