    The check valve is installed in the high-pressure pipeline. It is mainly used to isolate the well fluid and the fluid, and it is a special valve that prevents the backflow of mud fluid. When the fluid flows back, the baffle automatically closes to prevent the fluid from flowing back. When the fluid flows along the arrow mark, the liquid pushes the valve plate, thereby opening the valve and allowing the fluid to pass. The use of a check valve can protect the pump when the pump is shut down.

    The check valve can be divided into three types according to the structural type: linear baffle type, upper cover baffle type, and dart type. Both ends are connected by unions, which is easy to disassemble and assemble in the pipeline.

Linear flapper check valve:

  2. There is a clear flow direction mark on the body;

Upper cover flapper check valve:

Dart check valve:

The valve adopts a spring pre-loaded structure, mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, valve seat, valve disc and other parts. It mainly relies on the pressure of the medium to achieve metal-to-metal sealing between the valve core and the valve body. The greater the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance, and the valve cavity can withstand pipeline pressure at any time.

    This valve body is made of alloy steel forgings, has strong mechanical properties, can withstand high pressure, and has reliable sealing performance. The valve cover and valve body are connected by bolts, and the sealing ring on the valve cover is sealed with the inner wall of the valve body, which makes the assembly gap between the valve cover and the valve body very small (designed to be 0), thereby reducing the erosion of corrosive media on bolts and screw holes, and has a good self-sealing effect. It has a long service life under high pressure.
