The annular manifold is suitable for various high-pressure operation discharge pipelines, liquid delivery pipelines, well testing pipelines, solid and mud pipelines, and other high-pressure working conditions for conveying fluid flow in oil fields. It is composed of movable elbows and straight pipe assemblies, which are easy to stack, transport and store. It is flexible, impact-resistant, vibration-resistant, and has a large flow rate. The annular manifold is connected by wing nuts, and has the characteristics of quick tightening, unloading, and pressure-resistant sealing. It is easy to stack, transport and store. The union and the high-pressure straight pipe can be connected or separated. The separated one is generally suitable for low-pressure manifolds, and the connected one is generally suitable for high-pressure manifolds.
There are three main forms of annular manifolds: short radius annular manifolds, long radius annular manifolds, and integral movable manifolds. The annular manifold (movable manifold) is assembled with movable elbows, hammer unions, and high-pressure pipelines, and can be flexibly rotated in three directions; the specifications are 1", 1-1/2", 2", 3", 4", and the working pressure is 35 MPa~140 MPa (5000 psi~20000 psi). The movable elbow is conventionally configured as a 50-type movable elbow, and a 10-type movable elbow can also be selected.
The high-pressure horizontal pipe produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is a component for conveying high-pressure fluids in cementing and fracturing equipment. It is widely used in high-pressure discharge pipelines, input pipelines, temporary liquid flow pipelines, well test pipelines and other high-pressure transmission pipelines in acidic working environments (excluding working environments containing CO2 and H2S acidic gases). The specifications of the horizontal pipe are 1"~4", and the lengths are 0.5 m, 1 m, 1.5 m and other specifications, with rated working pressure of 35MPa~105MPa and working temperature of -21℃~121℃. All technical parameters and performances of horizontal pipes conform to API 6A specifications, with product specification level of PLS3 and performance level of PR1.
