Product Description:    

    High-pressure pipe joint (union) is also called pipe joint or flexible joint. It is a common pipe connector that can be easily installed and disassembled. It is used in cement trucks, fracturing trucks, various manifolds, pipelines and other high-pressure equipment. It is an important accessory for transporting oil, water, fracturing fluid and mixed liquids. It consists of three parts: threaded head, ball head and tight cap. The sealing surface inside the union includes flat surface (with pad), spherical surface, conical surface, etc. The connection methods between the union and the pipeline include butt welding, socket welding, thread, etc.

    The union products produced and sold by our company Huichi petro are made of high-quality alloy steel through forging and finishing. Strict heat treatment ensures that the joints have uniform metallographic structure and pressure bearing capacity. The product technical indicators are fully in line with API standards. All union sizes are completely interchangeable with international products. They are quick to load and unload, have good general interchangeability, have good mechanical properties, sealing properties and different pressure levels, and are ideal accessories for oilfield drilling and production operations. The pressure levels are 35MPa and 70MPa series, the specifications are FIG602, FIG1002, FIG1003, FIG1502, FIG2002, and FIG2202 series, and the connection forms are threaded, welded, and hydrogen sulfide gas resistant. For easy identification, unions of different pressure levels have different color markings, and the wing nuts have obvious specifications, connection forms, and pressure level markings.

    The products are widely used in various high-pressure fluid operations and equipment matching such as oilfield drilling, cementing, logging, oil testing, acid fracturing, continuous tubing and sand control operations, and offshore platforms.

FIG602:

    Equipped with a resilient nitrile rubber seal ring to seal and protect the steel-to-steel union. Recommended for manifold line connections, truck-mounted and mud transfer applications, can be used for non-pressure sealing unions.

    6000PSI NSCWP, test pressure 9000PSI black nut, orange parts.

FIG1002:

    Equipped with a resilient nitrile rubber seal ring Recommended for cementing, fracturing, acidizing, testing and plugging and killing pipeline applications. Designed for high-pressure systems, including truck-mounted systems. Can also be used as a non-pressure sealing union. The 1002 union can also be used in sour gas applications such as H2S.

Specifications and reference dimensions:

    10000PSI NSCWP, test pressure 150000PSI red nut, blue parts.

FIG1003:

    The union has a spherical seat that provides 7 1/2 degrees of deflection or angle adjustment from center, with a total deflection capacity of 15 degrees. In addition to the steel-to-steel fit, the nitrile rubber "O" ring ensures air tightness in any deflected position. Recommended for high-pressure pipeline connections when alignment is not possible, and can be used in air, water, oil, mud or gas applications.

    10000PSI NSCWP (7500PSI NSCWP, 4in, 5in) black nut, green parts.

FIG1502:

    Equipped with a replaceable elastic nitrile rubber sealing ring, the solid wall thickness is designed for high-pressure systems. Recommended for cementing, fracturing, acidizing, testing and plugging and well killing pipelines, and can also be used for pressure-free sealing connections.

Specifications and reference dimensions:

    1500PSI NSCWP, test pressure 22500PSI blue nut, red parts.

FIG2002:

    This union is only available in 2in specifications, equipped with a replaceable elastic nitrile rubber sealing ring combined in a stainless steel liner, providing complete backlog protection in overpressure applications. The removable nut/sector ring/retainer design simplifies the removal of the nut from the pipe.

    20000PSI NSCWP, test pressure 30000PSI red nut, red parts.

FIG2202:

    Equipped with fluorinated rubber sealing ring, 15000PSI NSCWP, heat-treated parts 100% hardness tested, in accordance with the American Association of Corrosion Engineers MR-01-75 and the American Petroleum Institute RP-14E standards. Specially used in acid gas applications. Green nut, green parts.

Instructions:

  1. First check the threads of the union. If the inner and outer buckles are broken or wrongly threaded, they should be replaced.

  2. Check and install the rubber seal.

  3. Brush the union clean with a wire brush, apply sealing grease on the threads, and connect it to the oil pipe or reducer, tighten it with a pipe clamp, and then hammer it tightly or tighten it with a pipe clamp.
