The winch is the core component of the oil drilling rig. It is mainly used for operations such as raising and lowering the derrick , raising and lowering the drill pipe , and raising and lowering the casing.
The winch is an important mechanism for the oil drilling rig to change the speed and maintain a constant drilling pressure outside. It is the core component of the drilling rig and directly determines the drilling capacity of the drilling rig. The wire rope drill line is wound on the traction working drum and extends to the top block and the travelling block , allowing the drill string to move up and down when the drum rotates. The traditional mechanical drive winch is large in size , heavy in weight , and complex in structure. It is difficult to meet the requirements of the new drilling process. Huichi JC Serries winch has simple transmission , compact structure , high power and high utilization rate , good speed regulation performance , and is safe and reliable.

1. All pulleys and shafts are made of alloy steel;
2. The chain is pressure lubricated;
3. The drum has grooves , and the low-speed and high-speed ends of the drum shaft are equipped with ventilation pneumatic tube clutches;
4. The brake disc is forcedly cooled by circulating water , and the surface is medium-frequency induction hardening , providing excellent wear resistance and long service life;
5. High-pressure drilling fluid sealing system. The main brake is a hydraulic disc brake , and the auxiliary brake is an electromagnetic eddy current brake;
6. The power configuration is reasonable , the drive mode has mechanical drive and electric drive , and the main and auxiliary brakes are reasonably configured to meet the power transmission and drilling and well repair operation requirements of drilling rigs and well repair rigs;
7. Convenient transportation , the winch and power unit can be installed on a skid seat to meet the requirements of separate transportation.
