    The drilling fluid vibrating screen is an important solid control equipment in oil exploration and development and drilling engineering. It is used in the primary mud purification system in drilling engineering. The drilling fluid with a large amount of drilling cuttings returned from the well is screened by the vibrating screen to separate and discharge the larger solid particles, so that the cleaner drilling fluid can enter the next few separation equipment.

    The ZS series drilling fluid vibrating screen produced and sold by our company Huichi petro has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable working performance, strong screen interchangeability, large processing capacity, 80~250 mesh fine screen, long screen life, and simple maintenance.

    The linear vibrating screen and elliptical vibrating screen in the ZS series drilling fluid vibrating screen are designed according to the inertial self-synchronous linear vibration theory and the inertial self-synchronous translational elliptical vibration theory respectively.

    The ZS series drilling fluid vibrating screen consists of a liquid inlet tank, a base, a screen box, an angle adjustment device, a splash-proof device, a vibration motor, etc. The screen box is supported on the base by six vibration isolation springs (4 in the front and 2 in the back). The two motors installed on the linear vibrating screen are the same, while the two motors installed on the elliptical vibrating screen are equipped with different eccentric blocks, which are smaller in the front and larger in the back. Three screens of the same or different mesh sizes are installed in series on the working surface of the screen box.

    When the linear screen is working normally, the screen box produces a linear motion in a direction approximately 50° to the horizontal plane under the action of two excitation motors rotating inward at the same speed.

    When the elliptical vibrating screen is working normally, the screen box and the screen produce an elliptical motion under the action of two excitation motors rotating inward at the same speed and in the opposite direction, and the long axis forms an angle of approximately 50° with the horizontal plane.

    The drilling fluid returned from the wellhead flows from the elevated trough through the diversion trough into the liquid inlet tank of the vibrating screen, and flows evenly to the head end of the screen after buffering. The larger solid particles in the drilling fluid that are on the screen and continuously flowing to the end of the screen are continuously thrown toward the upper front of the screen in a direction at an angle of approximately 50° to the horizontal plane, and then discharged from the end of the vibrating screen and fall into the sand collecting pit; while the smaller solid particles and liquid pass through the screen and flow into the conical sand settling tank, and then are processed by the subsequent solid control equipment.

  4. It is equipped with a splash-proof device, a retractable roll-type splash-proof cloth, a compact structure, and a good splash-proof effect;

  5. The overall frame screen is long in use, and the wedge-type locking method is adopted, which can be quickly disassembled and assembled;

  6. The self-excited vibration source is composed of two explosion-proof excitation motors, and the translational elliptical motion method is adopted. It better solves the problems of screen sticking and sand accumulation.
