    The oil vibrating screen is mainly composed of a steel frame and 2 to 3 layers of stainless steel mesh tightly bonded to the frame. The frame is welded from high-strength square steel pipes or flat steel and has multiple reinforcing support ribs. The mesh can be combined with the frame through a metal liner or directly bonded to the frame. Each screen is accompanied by a special rubber plug to repair the damage to the mesh surface. Due to the different mesh counts of the mesh and the corresponding size differences of the openings of the metal tray, we strive to achieve more effective screening area while ensuring the strength of use. The mesh number of the screen is generally in the range of 20 to 325 meshes, and special mesh numbers can be customized;

The upper fine wire mesh cloth plus the middle and bottom coarse wire low mesh cloth are tightly bonded with the metal support plate with different thicknesses that customers can choose below, which greatly enhances the use strength of the entire screen cloth. Depending on the model and different customer needs, the lower metal support plate can be punched into hexagonal, rectangular, square, etc., relying on the upper screen cloth, the entire screen is divided into multiple different independent small mesh surfaces to prevent local excessive damage and better extend the service life.
