Product Description:

    Mud solid control system is an important part of drilling rig. Its function is to prepare and reserve mud, remove solid particles contained in the mud returned from the bottom of the well, so as to keep the mud with low solid phase and excellent performance that meets the requirements of drilling process, supply it to the mud pump, and inject it into the well, so as to increase drilling speed and well depth, reduce mechanical wear, reduce drilling costs, and reduce the occurrence of underground accidents. It mainly consists of vibrating screen tank, intermediate transition tank, A reserve tank, B reserve tank, mixing tank, suction tank, water cooling and metering tank, medicine tank, vibrating screen, cleaner, vacuum degasser, mixer, mud gun, agitator, walkway, guardrail, manifold and connecting cable system. Among them, two vibrating screens are combined with a cleaner and placed on the vibrating screen tank, the vacuum degasser is placed on the transition tank, and three 75kW desander pumps are installed at the front end of the transition tank, responsible for feeding and providing power for the desander, desilter, and vacuum degasser; two slurry pumps and three slurry mixers are placed at the rear end of the slurry mixing tank to form a mud preparation tank.

    The connection of each part of this system is connected by telescopic joints, rubber rings, steel pipes or rubber pipes. The installation requirements are very low, and the walkways, ladders, and guardrails of each part can be carried by the mud tank itself, which is convenient for disassembly and transportation.

The structure description of the mud tank produced and sold by our company Huichi petro:

Tank bottom structure:

    The main crossbeam is made of I250 I-beam, the longitudinal tie bar is 160mm channel steel, the 160mm channel steel to the outer edge of the 250 I-beam support inclined tie bar is cut into triangles and welded with 8mm thick steel plate, and the tank bottom plate thickness is 8mm steel plate. 5" drill rods are used to cross the 250 I-beam at both ends of the tank bottom to make lugs, and 10 steel plates are used to make lug plugs.

Tank body structure:

    The tank body wall panel is 6mm thick steel plate pressed into corrugated type, with a corrugation spacing of 700-800mm. The four corners are welded to the corrugated wall with 100mm×100mm angle steel, and the tank mouth is welded to the wall with 120×10 seamless square tubes. One side of the seamless square tube is the mud gun pipeline, and both ends of the pipeline are connected with thick oil hoses and have drainage plugs.

Tank surface:

    The tank surface uses 120mm channel steel at intervals of 1.2m as the longitudinal and transverse tie structure skeleton (protection (to ensure the installation position of mixer and other tank surface equipment), the tank surface is paved with galvanized steel grating. And a square manhole is opened in each compartment.

Tank transition trough:

    The mud transition trough is made on the inner side of the upper part of the tank body in the longitudinal direction of the tank. The transition trough is made of 5mm thick steel plate. All transition troughs are fully enclosed structures, but they have movable doors that can be opened. The cross-sectional dimensions of the transition trough are: depth × width = 320×500mm, and the dimensions of all plug plates are unified as 300×500mm deep and 5mm thick steel plates.

Others:

  1. Each compartment has a sand cleaning door, and a 12" butterfly valve is set in the sand settling bin.

  2. Standard positioning tie bars are installed between all tanks, and pins are connected to ensure the installation position.

  3. The low-pressure return water pipeline and accessories of the mud pump are connected between tanks, and the pressure level reaches 1.6MPa.

  4. The mud gun is made of seamless steel pipe with a diameter of Φ3". The tanks are connected with medium-pressure hoses and medium-pressure oil. The control gates of each tank are on the tank surface.

Walkway:

    The walkway between tanks is paved with galvanized steel grating.

Tank surface guardrail:

    The tank surface guardrail is 1200mm high and is made of 40Х40mm square steel pipe. It is a barrier-free foldable structure and is firmly fixed with plug-in. Each guardrail is fixed with a clamp to keep it straight. The tank surface is equipped with a skirting board with a height of 150mm.

Anti-corrosion:

    The surface of the tank system is completely rusted and cleaned by sandblasting technology to remove surface rust and dirt;

    The paint is: marine paint. (epoxy zinc-rich paint);

The requirements for the color of the paint topcoat:

  1. The top surface of the tank is painted with white paint;

  2. The four sides of the tank are painted with white paint;

  3. The railing is orange;

  4. The outer surface of all bases is black;

  5. The equipment and gates are original colors;
