It is mainly used to remove solid phase particles of 20 to 120 μm in drilling fluid, save drilling fluid, and provide good conditions for subsequent centrifuges to further separate harmful solid phases in drilling fluid. It can effectively control the solid phase content of drilling fluid, increase drilling speed, and protect oil and gas layers, especially in the deep well stage.     According to the installation location and drilling process requirements, the ZQ series drilling fluid cleaner can be used in several combinations, such as desanding + cleaning screen, desilting + cleaning screen, or desanding + desilting + cleaning screen, or the cleaning screen can be used directly as a drilling fluid vibrating screen.

    Under normal circumstances, the desander group is mainly used to remove sandy solids of 44~74μm, the desilter group is used to remove muddy solids of 20~44μm, and the cleaning screen is used to recover liquid phase or barite.
