Drilling hose is the customary name for "rubber hose for rotary drilling and shock absorption", and is also commonly called "drilling equipment hose" and "drilling hose".
In geological and petroleum rotary drilling, it is necessary to transport large-volume fluid mud to the drill bit through high pressure, and rotary drilling hose and hose assembly are used as flexible connectors in the mud delivery pipeline. Therefore, the drilling hose of oilfield drilling equipment is a special hose with high strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. When it is working, under the action of the drilling pump, the high-pressure drilling fluid is transported to the drill pipe through the drilling hose, and then enters the bottom of the well, playing an important role in carrying cuttings, cooling the drill bit, and lubricating the drilling tools. At the same time, it can withstand the challenges of high pressure, high temperature and harsh environment.

Drilling hose is usually composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcement layer and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer is made of oil-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, such as polyurethane or nitrile rubber, which is used to withstand the erosion of corrosive fluids such as direct drilling fluids and maintain elasticity and sealing. The reinforcement layer is the core part of the hose. It is made of high-strength, high-modulus synthetic fibers or steel wires, which provide the hose with strong compression and tensile resistance, so that it can withstand the high pressure during drilling. The outer rubber layer is made of weather-resistant materials, such as polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene, to protect the internal structure of the hose from external environmental erosion, and at the same time has certain weather resistance and anti-aging properties.

1. The reinforcement layer uses imported high-strength steel wire for spiral hoses to ensure that the hose has excellent strength and toughness. The inner lining rubber is made of imported original rubber and combined with our company's special formula. The sealing layer is made of synthetic materials, and different formulas are used according to different liquid media, so that the hose can accurately adapt to the transportation requirements of various media;

The flange joint at the end of the product uses suitable materials according to the pressure and use environment, and undergoes anti-corrosion and heat treatment processes, which effectively enhances the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the joint. The flange adopts an integral forging process, and there is no need to consider the direction alignment problem during installation, which greatly improves the convenience and work efficiency of installation.
3. Due to its structural raw materials, it can withstand oil-based mud and water-based mud, and the inner wall is highly wear-resistant, and can withstand the flow rate of high-speed mixed mud. It can also withstand extreme weather such as high temperature and severe cold. Due to its external structure, it is both corrosion-resistant and anti-static;
4. The applicable working temperature range is -40℃~+100℃ for oil, -30℃~+50℃ for air, and below +80℃ for water emulsion. If it exceeds this range, our company can customize products according to customer needs to meet diverse usage needs.
