The drilling fluid vibrating screen produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is the first-level solid control equipment of the oilfield drilling solid control system. During the drilling process, as the drill bit continues to drill into the formation, a large amount of solid particles such as rock cuttings, mud and sand will be mixed into the drilling fluid. The drilling fluid vibrating screen uses the principle of high-frequency vibration to effectively separate harmful solid particles and liquid in the drilling fluid to ensure the cleanliness and stable performance of the drilling fluid. The purified drilling fluid can be recycled and the discharge of solid waste can be reduced.
The ZS3/Z-01 drilling fluid vibrating screen produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is a three-stage linear vibrating screen, which is suitable for supporting applications of various types of drilling rigs above 2,000 meters in oil fields.
The ZS series drilling fluid vibrating screen consists of a liquid inlet tank, a base, a screen box, an angle adjustment device, a splash-proof device, a vibration motor, etc.

When the drilling fluid containing a large amount of solid particles returned from the bottom of the well enters the screen box of the vibrating screen, the screen box performs reciprocating linear or elliptical motion under the vibration generated by the vibrator. The drilling fluid flows continuously on the screen, and the solid particles in it gradually pass through the screen due to the vibration of the screen and its own gravity and are separated; while the purified drilling fluid flows out through the screen holes of the screen and enters the next level of solid control equipment for further processing. During the screening process, by adjusting the inclination of the screen, the parameters of the vibrator, and the flow rate of the drilling fluid and other factors, the screening effect can be optimized and the efficiency of solid-liquid separation can be improved.
Structural features:
▲ZS3/Z-01 is a three-stage screen, a linear vibrating track screen.
▲Two imported high-G shock force long-axis excitation motors from the United States are used, which can output 7.3G shock force on the screen. The vibration screen noise is less than 78 dBA.
▲The screen box screen can be equipped with a flat or wavy structure hook edge screen. The screen has a large filtering area and can adapt to mud treatment under different drilling conditions.
▲The screen adopts a tensioning bolt tensioning mechanism for the pressure block, which can quickly and easily replace the screen.
▲The screen frame is a screw structure assembly with a simple and reliable structure. In the case of uninterrupted operation, the inclination angle of the screen frame can be quickly changed from -1° to 5° to ensure that the mud can be reasonably and effectively treated.
▲The screen frame support shock absorber adopts a rubber composite spring with good vibration effect, low noise and long service life.
▲ This type of vibrating screen has a compact structure, simple size and small footprint.
▲The interface between the vibrating screen feeder (mud box) and the wellhead overflow pipeline can be connected to the two front sides of the mud box or not according to the user's choice.
