The working principle of the mud cleaner produced and sold by our company Huichi petro:

Integrates the vibrating screen, desander and desilter into one. After the drilling mud is treated by the vibrating screen, the solid particles become smaller and the content is reduced, and the drilling mud needs to be further purified. The drilling mud is pumped from the sand settling bin to the desander cyclone by the slurry supply pump. After separation by the cyclone, most of the solid particles >47 microns are ejected and fall on the bottom flow screen, where they are further screened and discharged to the outside of the tank. The mud entering the desander bin will be transported to the desander cyclone by the desander slurry supply pump again. At this time, most of the solid particles >15 microns are discharged. Similarly, after filtering and transmission by the bottom flow screen, most of the mud solid particles falling into the desander bin are <15 microns, which is fully prepared for further processing by the centrifuge.

Precautions for mud cleaner:

The nozzle of the hydrocyclone may be clogged and the slurry may not be discharged. At this time, the drip nozzle cover should be unscrewed and simply unblocked to restore it to normal. When the hydrocyclone group ejects liquid in an uneven umbrella shape, please properly turn the drip nozzle, observe its state, and restore it to its normal state. Please refer to the manual for details.
If the mud ejection force discharged by the hydrocyclone is very small, it may be that the pressure or displacement of the slurry supply pump is insufficient. Please consider adjusting the pump group. During the use of the bottom flow screen, the slurry may run or the screen may be blocked. At this time, we need to adjust the angle of the screen box, but it should not be excessively raised or lowered. In addition, timely observation and monitoring should be carried out to ensure that the selected screen is suitable for the mud at a certain stage.
When the bottom flow screen does not move according to the predetermined trajectory, there may be a problem with the vibration motor circuit. For example, a single motor is running, or the installation direction is incorrect. At this time, the source should be disconnected to check the motor or circuit to restore it to normal. The solid particles are screened out, thereby purifying the mud liquid.
