Working principle:

The working principle of the drilling fluid circulation tank produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is based on the circulation flow and treatment process of drilling fluid. During drilling operations, the drilling fluid carrying solid particles such as cuttings, silt, and gas returning from the bottom of the well first enters the inlet of the circulation tank through a pipeline. In the tank, the drilling fluid is processed by solid control equipment such as vibrating screens, desanders, desilters, centrifuges, etc., and solid impurities and harmful gases are gradually removed to purify the drilling fluid. The purified drilling fluid is stored in the tank and transported to the bottom of the well through sand pumps and other equipment to achieve the recycling of drilling fluid. Product structure:

1. Tank body: The main structure of the circulation tank is welded with corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant steel plates. The tank bottom structure is strong and welded with I-beams and channel steels to ensure the stability and load-bearing capacity of the tank body. The tank surface is equipped with a longitudinal and transverse tie rod structure skeleton for installing mixers and other tank surface equipment. At the same time, it is paved with galvanized steel gratings for easy operation and walking. The shape and size of the tank body are designed according to different drilling operation requirements and site conditions, and are generally rectangular or cylindrical. The interior of the tank body is usually divided into multiple compartments, such as the slurry inlet compartment, sedimentation compartment, and slurry cleaning compartment.
