The lock pin assembly of the product has undergone technical transformation, which can facilitate the user to confirm the opening and closing of the door, greatly reducing the occurrence of safety accidents; the wearable surface of the main body and the valve has been specially surface treated to increase the wear resistance and greatly increase the service life of the elevator. The product complies with API Spec 8C technical specifications. The CD series drill pipe elevator is a tool for suspending drill pipes in oil and gas drilling operations. According to the type of drill pipe joint it suspends, it is divided into right-angle shoulder and tapered shoulder. Among them, the tapered shoulder elevator type is CD and Z is added to CD, which is CDZ type. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of API 8C specifications.
The drill pipe diameter applicable to drill pipe slips is 2 3/8 to 5 1/2 inches (60.3-139.7mm), and it is divided into short type (SDS), medium type (SDML) and extended type (SDXL) according to the contact length between the slip teeth and the drill pipe. SDS is suitable for shallow wells, SDML is suitable for deep wells, and SDXL is suitable for deep wells.
