The Iron Driller is a multi-functional, safe and efficient drilling tool twisting equipment. In automated drilling production, the Iron Driller is currently the most advanced torque twisting equipment. Precise remote control operation is performed through the integrated console to complete operations such as loading and unloading, and realize various complex operations. It has the characteristics of compact structure, powerful performance, easy installation and operation, and can complete the rotation of drilling tools such as drill pipes and casings. The buckle connection work can significantly improve production efficiency and safety. It is widely used in drilling operations on various drilling platforms on land and at sea and in different field environments. It is one of the important automated equipment in modern drilling.
The main components of the iron drill produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro include the base, telescopic arm, twist clamp, punch clamp, control valve box, etc. The mud splash-proof box is integrated with the iron drill, making the operation more convenient. It has three operating modes: wireless remote control, driller's room integrated control and local emergency control. The diameter range of the pipe strings it can buckle/break is 2-7/8” to 10”. All operations of buckling/breaking are integrated on a pneumatic control box. All operations can be completed by pressing a button. The pneumatic control box can be installed anywhere to achieve remote control. The hydraulic system provides power to drive each component for work sensor detection, and uses the sensor to monitor the working status of the iron driller in real time to ensure the accuracy and safety of the operation.
