Sucker rod is an important part of the sucker rod production system, used to connect the surface pumping system and the downhole pumping unit. Sucker rod, as one of the key components of rod pumping equipment, uses sucker rod string to transfer energy in the process of oil production, serves to transmit surface power or motion to downhole sucker rod pumps. Sucker rod is one of the key components of rod pumping equipment. In the process of oil production, sucker rod string is used to transfer energy, and the surface power or motion is transmitted to the downhole sucker rod pump. Our company Huichi petro produces and sells various specifications of high-strength sucker rods that meet API 11B standards.
Common sucker rod:
1. Grade C sucker rod. Medium strength, good plasticity, good toughness, corrosion resistance. Used in shallow wells and light load conditions. It is suitable for sour medium environment where it is not susceptible to sulphuric stress cracking.
2. Grade D sucker rod. Made of 20C-MoA material, it has high strength, good plasticity and long service life after heating. It is suitable for use in medium and deep oil wells with no or slight corrosion.
3.Grade K sucker rod. Steel sucker rod for corrosive light and medium load oil wells.
4.Grade KD sucker rod. KD sucker rod combines K grade material with D grade performance, and achieves high strength and certain corrosion resistance. Grade KD sucker rods can be used in rather deep oil wells with a corrosive environment.
High tensile sucker rod :
Grade H sucker rod. Made of ultra-high strength high-quality alloy structural steel, it is particularly suitable for use in deep wells, heavy oil and other heavy load oil field wells.
1.Grade HY sucker rod. HY sucker rod (ultra-high strength) has basically the same structure, size and parameters as D sucker rod. Grade HY sucker rods are made of high-quality alloy steel. On the basis of the heat pre-treatment, the surface goes through secondary quenching by induction heating, so that the surface can bear greater pressure and the strength and lifespan of the sucker rods are improved.
2.Grade HL sucker rod.HL grade sucker rod (ultra-high strength) has the same structure and size as D grade sucker rod.Grade HL sucker rods can be used deep or large pumping oil wells with a corrosion-free or mildly corrosive environment.
