Couplings are short lengths of pipe used to connect 2 joints of tubing or casing.
The couplings produced and sold by our company Huichi petro are divided into tubing couplings, casing couplings and reducer couplings (also called reducing couplings). They are produced and processed in accordance with the "API SPEC 5CT and 5B Specifications". The materials include J55, K55, N80, N80-1, N80-Q, L80 and P110 steel grades. The thread processing is completed in one process using CNC lathes and imported forming tools. The company has complete testing equipment, and the products have passed the appraisal of the American Petroleum Institute and the China National Petroleum Corporation Oil Pipe Quality Supervision and Inspection and Testing Center. All sizes, steel grades, lengths, etc. can be produced and processed according to customer requirements.
The oil pipe pup is a short section of oil pipe. Compared with the oil pipe, it is only different in length, and the rest are the same. Its length is usually 0.3 meters to 6 meters, and 1FT to 20FT is commonly used abroad. The basic specifications, steel grades, and use environment are the same as ordinary oil pipes. The pipe body complies with API Spec 5CT, and the thread processing complies with API Spec 5B.
Common types of tubing nipples are common nipples, double male nipples, and overall thickened nipples. According to the end processing form, tubing nipples can be divided into: thickened tubing nipples and non-thickened tubing nipples. Thickening can be divided into roughing and thickening by overall finishing turning of thick-walled material.

Oil pipe short-joints can be customized according to customer requirements.
A pup joint is a casing or tubing of length shorter than Range 1 with the same thread connection, used to adjust the length of tubular strings to its exact requirement.
The performance of the pup joint is expected to be the same as the casing / tubing.
Pup joints are manufactured according to API Spec 5CT using prime API monogrammed, seamless oil country tubing.
They are suitable for API Reduced fine bore (SH) diameter and normal full size (FS) for Grade T (through-hardened) and Grade SM (metallized).
The sub-couplings have different sizes of box threads at both ends for connecting two sizes of sucker rods or polished rods to the sucker rod string. They are suitable for API Class T and SM with fine bore (SH) diameter and normal full size (FS). Sub-couplings can be used for sucker rods or polished rods.
The couplings adjust the fatigue life of the sucker rods while providing excellent field performance. We also develop hollow sucker rod couplings, arc surface couplings, sucker rod couplings with wrench flats, injection molding couplings, double pin couplings, and mirror finished sucker rod couplings, etc.
We can also produce non-standard products in accordance with the users' requirements.
