Oil pumps are mainly used to extract crude oil from oil wells in oil fields, and are used in conjunction with pumping units and sucker rods. They refer to downhole devices that are driven by pumping units to lift crude oil in the well to the ground. They go down to the oil well through the sucker rod and sink into the oil at a certain depth below the liquid surface. When the pumping unit drives the sucker rod to reciprocate up and down at a low speed, the sucker rod drives the plunger of the oil pump to reciprocate up and down in the pump barrel to pump crude oil out of the ground. Ordinary oil well pumps are mainly composed of four parts: pump barrel, suction valve, piston, and discharge valve. Among them, the pump barrel, plunger and other parts have undergone special surface treatment and have high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. They are suitable for pumping oil from oil wells containing sand, wax, gas, water, etc.
The pump barrel assembly of the tubular oil well pump is directly connected and fixed on the oil pipe column, and is lowered into the bottom of the well with it. The plunger assembly is connected to the pump rod column and goes down to the bottom of the well pump barrel position, and reciprocates up and down with it, thereby realizing the oil production process. During the oil production process, when there is a problem with the floating valve pair and the fixed valve pair, the valve pair can be pulled out of the well through the pump rod column and the plunger, without having to pull the entire oil well pump and the oil pipe column out of the well, which reduces the labor intensity of the operation and reduces the operation cost. The tubular oil well pump is suitable for complex well conditions such as corrosion, a small amount of sand and gas, high temperature, and deep wells. It is safe to use, has stable performance, and is widely used. Downhole operations are easy to operate, economical and practical, and can reduce the front-line operation costs of oil fields by more than 30%. The rod pump is equipped with a support joint, which is connected to the tubing string and lowered to the bottom of the well together with the tubing string. The plunger assembly is connected to the sucker rod string and lowered to the support joint position with the pump as a whole. The pump is fixed in the support joint with the help of external force, and the plunger assembly reciprocates up and down with the sucker rod string to realize the pumping work. When repairing the pump, there is no need to lift the tubing string. You only need to lift the entire pump out of the well through the sucker rod string, which is simple to operate. The rod pump pump relies on the support joint to suspend inside the tubing. It is suitable for high-temperature deep well and inclined well oil production, and is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. Downhole operation is easy to operate, economical and practical, and can reduce the cost of oilfield frontline operations by more than 50%. The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pumps produced and sold by our company Huichi petro are developed on the basis of ordinary pumps. The plunger surface is sprayed with nickel-based alloy, the inner wall of the pump barrel is hard chrome plated, and the key components such as the valve cover and valve ball are made of materials with strong corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. Its service life is longer than that of ordinary pumps.
The oil pump is an underground equipment for pumping oil. The liquid it pumps contains sand, wax, water, gas and corrosive substances. It works hundreds to thousands of meters underground, and the pressure inside the pump may be as high as 10MPa or more. Therefore, its working environment is complex and the conditions are harsh, and the quality of the pump's work directly affects the oil well production.
