Progressive cavity pumps are suitable for discharging viscous liquids and liquids containing solid phases, and the flow rate is uniform and stable. However, ground-driven progressive cavity pumps have not been widely used because the driving rod is prone to rod breakage, rod tube wear, and rod jamming. In this case, the electric submersible progressive cavity pump (ESPCP), which has the advantages of rodless oil production, downhole drive and progressive cavity pump, has attracted widespread attention.
Electric Submersible Progressing Cavity Pum (ESPCP) is a combination of progressive cavity pump (PCP) and electric submersible pump (ESP).
Submersible progressive cavity pump production system has unique advantages in the production of high-viscosity, high-wax, high-sand, and high-gas crude oil, in inclined wells, horizontal wells, swamp blocks and offshore platform operations. It has outstanding advantages such as high pump efficiency, low energy consumption compared to the same period of oil production, long pump inspection cycle, low manufacturing cost, and low maintenance cost.
Huichi The electric submersible screw pump equipment produced and sold by petro mainly includes the ground part and the underground part. The ground part includes the ground control cabinet and junction box; the middle part includes and oil pipe; the underground part includes: cables, electric submersible screw pumps, permanent magnet synchronous motors, carrier sensors, backflow covers and tail pipes, etc. When working, the control cabinet on the ground controls the permanent magnet synchronous motor for submersible oil, and performs stepless speed regulation on it, so that it runs at low and medium speeds, with high torque output, and directly drives the electric submersible screw pump for extraction. This direct-drive extraction mode does not require a sucker rod or a mechanical reduction device, which improves system efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and saves costs. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, and safe and reliable operation.
According to the structure, it can be divided into: split type and integrated electric submersible screw pumps.
