Features of drilling screen pipe:

Features of slotted screen pipe:

Wire wrap screen pipe:

    Our Huichi The wire-wound screen produced by petro consists of a central base pipe, a screen sleeve (fully welded wire-wound sleeve), and an end ring. The central base pipe is made of casing or tubing, and the screen sleeve is made of triangular forming wire and ribs spirally welded. The high strength and precise gap control of the wire-wound screen make it widely used in well completion and sand control tasks.

  Material of wire and support strip: AIS1304, AIS1304L, AIS1316, AIS1316L;

  Center base pipe: J55, N80, P110 and 13Cr, etc.;

  Opening area: up to about 60%;

  Range: 0.1-2.0mm;

  Length (single/m): 1.8, 3.0, 6.0, 9.0, 12.0, etc.;

Features of wire-wound screen pipe:

  1. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance, long service life;

  2. After continuous optimization design of the opening, a large opening design is adopted, with a small outer gap and a large inner gap, so that the gap has self-cleaning properties and is not easy to clog, ensuring the smoothness of fluid filtration, production efficiency and service life of the filter;

  3. The minimum width of the opening gap reaches 0.1mm, which can meet the needs of most underground sand control work. Under the same gap accuracy, the flow area is higher and the flow resistance is lower, which is 3~5 times that of ordinary slotted screen pipes;

  4. The process is mature and easy to layer. The wire winding and all ribs are fully welded, and the screen sleeve is supported by the base pipe inside, which increases durability and strength and effectively extends the service life.

Composite screen pipe:

    The composite screen pipe produced by Our Huichi petro is also called precision microporous composite screen pipe (metal woven mesh composite screen pipe). The process principle is that it is composed of a central perforated base pipe, a composite sand-proof filter sleeve and a stainless steel outer protective sleeve from the inside to the outside. The central base pipe adopts API standard casing and oil pipe, and the sand-proof filter sleeve is a stainless steel precision microporous composite filter material with a fully welded structure.

Composite screen features:

  1. Large flow area, 10 times that of slotted screens and wire-wound screens, small flow resistance, high production;

  2. Stable filter holes, strong deformation resistance, sand control ability remains unchanged when radial deformation is 40%, meeting the requirements of horizontal wells;

  3. Uniform filter holes, high permeability, strong anti-clogging ability, clogging cycle is 2-3 times that of ordinary screens, and easy to backwash;

  4. Small outer diameter and small mass, easy to push into place on long horizontal sections;

  5. Excellent corrosion resistance. The central base pipe generally adopts J55 and N80 steel grades, and the sand filter sleeve or outer protective sleeve is made of stainless steel, which effectively resists the corrosion of sulfide, CO2 and high Cl-;

  6. The construction process is simple, easy to operate, and the construction period is short.
