Working principle

Iron Roughneck produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is powered by a hydraulic system to drive its various actuators to complete operations such as grabbing, buckling and unbuckling of drill pipes. During operation, the sensors equipped with the equipment can monitor the position, torque and other parameters of the drill pipe in real time to ensure the accuracy and safety of the operation. When connecting the drill pipe, Iron Roughneck automatically grabs the drill pipe and performs the buckling operation according to the preset torque value; when unloading the drill pipe, it can also accurately control the unbuckling process to achieve an efficient and stable operation process.
