The drilling mud pump is used to transport high-viscosity, high-density and high-sand-content drilling fluid to the bottom of the well at high pressure during the drilling process. It is used to cool the drill bit, flush the bottom of the well, break the rock, and carry out the cuttings when returning from the bottom of the well. It is one of the most important process equipment for oil drilling operations. It is mainly composed of two parts: the power end and the hydraulic end.
Huichi Petro provides the mud pump in accord with API specifications, as per international standards and requirements. Our product offering is extensively used in drilling and fracturing for oil and water well, including F series, P series, NB series, BW series and TWS series.
According to different working condition, we will provide the pump unit driven by motor or diesel, achieve the demands of heat preservation, heating and heat dissipation etc. It can be used for drilling, cementing and workover, with the advantages of operating simply, dismantling and assembling and transporting easily.
Power selection: Diesel engine, DC or AC electric motor. You can ask the brand such as Caterpillar, Detroit, Cummins or others.
Drive type: Air Clutch Transmission, Hydraulic Coupling Transmission, Electric Motor Drive and Chain Drive.
Our company Huichi petro also provides all the wearing parts of the hydraulic end (valve body, valve seat, cylinder liner, etc.), which can be interchanged with parts of the same specifications manufactured in accordance with API standards.
1. Single pump supporting range.
Single pump includes: pump body, spray pump, air bag, safety valve, random tools and rubber seals that can be replaced once. Single pump does not include pulleys and large base.
T he spray pump is driven by shaft head belt, and the power end lubricating oil pump adopts built-in structure. If the user needs to use other transmission types, special instructions are required. If the user has no requirements, the pump is assembled with φ170 cylinder sleeve piston when leaving the factory.
2. There are two types of metric and imperial types selected by the user.
Metric pumps use metric threads, and imperial pumps use American threads.

7. The power end adopts a lubrication method that combines forced lubrication and splash lubrication, which is reliable and increases the service life of the power end.
