Single Metal Cylinder Liner
After carburizing and high-frequency treatment, the hardness of a single metal cylinder liner can reach HRC58-62. It has the characteristics of high cleanliness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Suitable for mildly corrosive mud.
Bimetallic Cylinder Liner
Bimetallic cylinder liner is one of the commonly used hydraulic end fittings for mud pumps. Bimetallic cylinder liner combines the advantages of hot forged high wear-resistant coating and high chromium wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant inner sleeve. The outer sleeve is hot-pressed with high-quality carbon steel, and the inner sleeve is centrifugally cast with high chromium cast iron. The inner surface of the mud is as smooth as a mirror, the inner hole size tolerance is strict, and the normal service life can reach more than 800 hours.
Ceramic cylinder liner
The raw materials of ceramic cylinder liner are high-purity nano zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide powder, which are formed by advanced cold pressing process, sintered at high temperature, assembled and polished with high precision. The overall mechanical properties are superior, with high bending strength, tensile strength, fracture toughness and acid and alkali corrosion resistance. The labor cost and maintenance cost are greatly reduced, and the service life is longer than that of bimetallic cylinder liner, and the comprehensive cost is lower.
Nickel-based alloy cylinder liner
The alloy material is covered on the inner wall of the cylinder liner by vacuum sintering technology to form an alloy sintered layer. Micron-level high wear-resistant hard particles are evenly distributed in the sintered layer, which effectively improves the overall wear resistance of the sintered layer.
Nickel-based alloy cylinder liner has the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, and not easy to break. The price is much lower than that of ceramic cylinder liner, which can significantly improve the drilling progress and reduce the costs of drilling transportation, maintenance, labor, storage, etc.
