    The drilling mud pump is one of the most important process equipment for oil drilling operations. It is used to transport high-viscosity, high-density and high-sand drilling fluid to the bottom of the well at high pressure during the drilling process. It is used to cool the drill bit, flush the bottom of the well, break the rock, and carry out the cuttings when returning from the bottom of the well. It is mainly composed of two parts: the power end and the hydraulic end.

Power end:

    The housing is a welded structure with high strength and light weight; the transmission gear is an integral involute medium-hardened herringbone gear, which runs smoothly, has high efficiency and long service life; the crankshaft is a cast eccentric hollow cast steel structure with light weight and large load-bearing capacity; the lubrication method combines splash lubrication and forced lubrication, which is reliable; the fixing nuts of the gear ring, piston rod, etc. are made of Spiro anti-loosening nuts, which are firm and reliable and easy to disassemble and assemble.

Hydraulic end:

    The straight-through hydraulic cylinder is adopted, which has a compact structure, stable liquid flow and high volumetric efficiency; the hydraulic cylinder is made of alloy forged steel, which has high strength and high pressure resistance; the air bag adopts a forged or cast steel spherical pre-pressed air bag device, and the liquid flow is discharged smoothly, safely and reliably; the main components such as the hydraulic cylinder, suction valve, and discharge valve have a high degree of "standardization, generalization, and serialization".

    The piston rod and the intermediate rod are connected by a clamp, which can be quickly assembled and disassembled.

    The cylinder liner and piston are cooled and lubricated by independent spray pump devices, which have a long service life.

    The parts and wearing parts are highly versatile and can be used interchangeably with pumps of the same type.

Ordering instructions:

1. Single pump matching range.

    The single pump includes: pump body, spray pump, air bag, safety valve, random tools and rubber seals that can be replaced once. The single pump does not include pulleys and large bases.

    The spray pump is driven by the shaft head belt, and the power end lubricating oil pump adopts a built-in structure. If the user needs to use other transmission types, special instructions are required. If the user has no requirements, the pump is assembled with a φ170 cylinder sleeve piston when it leaves the factory.

2. The user can choose between metric and imperial types. Metric pumps use metric threads, and imperial pumps use American threads.
