The internal blowout preventer (IBOP) produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is an internal blowout preventer tool, which is connected to the upper end of the drill string. When the pressure in the well is higher than the pressure in the drill string, the internal channel of the drill string can be cut off by closing the internal blowout preventer, thereby preventing the occurrence of well kick or blowout. Its structure consists of a valve body, an upper valve seat, a wave spring, a valve core, an operating handle, a cross slide, a handle sleeve, a lower split retaining ring, a lower valve seat, an upper split retaining ring, a support ring, a hole retaining ring, an O-ring, etc. It is combined with other equipment and technologies to achieve the closure of the wellbore when the signs of well kick and blowout just appear, so that the staff can control the well kick and blowout before the blowout occurs. The blowout preventer tools on the drilling rig are divided into types such as drill string internal blowout preventer, wellhead annular rotary blowout preventer and gate blowout preventer according to the position of the blowout prevention channel. Its structure consists of valve body, upper valve seat, wave spring, valve core, operating handle, cross slide, handle sleeve, lower split retaining ring, lower valve seat, upper split retaining ring, support ring, hole retaining ring, O-ring, etc. The internal blowout preventer is a metal-sealed ball valve with wave spring compensation and pressure-assisted sealing mechanism, which has reliable sealing performance under high and low pressures. It retains the design and structural advantages of conventional ball valves. In order to achieve high-pressure sealing, a pressure-assisted sealing mechanism is designed so that the pressure of the sealed fluid generates a sealing force between the valve core and the upper and lower valve seats. This sealing force plays a role in pressure-assisted sealing. In order to achieve low-pressure sealing, a wave spring preload mechanism is designed. The wave spring provides the force required to press the lower valve seat against the ball, and when the valve core is sealed from below, the wave spring can provide a sealing force that is not affected by the pressure difference of the valve core. The internal seal uses imported original seals and is shipped after passing four pressure tests. The switch effect can be achieved by crank or limit. Various sizes can be customized.

2. Three pairs of joint thread anti-loosening devices with special structures are set at the threads between the main shaft, the internal blowout preventer and the protection joint, providing reliable torque and effectively ensuring that the joint threads will not be stripped;
3. It has high-pressure and low-pressure sealing, high tensile strength, high torsion strength, and reliable operation;
4. When the internal blowout preventer is in the open position, the drill string can also be used as a mud saver when drilling.
