    Strong magnetic salvage is a tool for salvaging small objects in the well during petroleum and geological drilling. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, reliable performance, small size and light weight. It uses magnets to magnetically absorb small objects such as drill clamps, palms, cones, bearings, slip bodies, slip teeth, large pliers teeth and other tools that fall into the well, thereby effectively salvaging small objects and purifying the bottom of the well. For the salvage of non-ferromagnetic objects, you can throw a ball before approaching the bottom of the well, start the pump circulation, and use the small hole jet effect of high-pressure and high-speed circulating mud to float small objects at the bottom of the well and enter the cave with the upper return mud. Since the objects can no longer fall back to the bottom of the well, the salvage of non-ferromagnetic objects can be achieved.

    Strong magnetic salvage is divided into positive circulation strong magnetic salvage and reverse circulation strong magnetic salvage according to the circulation method.

Structure:

    It is composed of upper joint, righting sleeve, permanent magnetic core, steel sleeve, steel ball and flat bottom guide shoe.

Principle:

    The magnetic salvage device is a shell, guide shoe and core iron as two concentric annular magnetic poles. There is no ferromagnetic material between the two poles of the magnetic path, so that the magnet and the guide shoe have a high magnetic field strength at the bottom. Since the magnetic path is concentric. Therefore, the magnetic lines of force are radial and concentrated near the center of the lower end of the salvage device, which can magnetize and adsorb small pieces of ferromagnetic debris at the center of the magnetic pole.

Optional Accessories:

    A flush guide is standard. Lipped guides and mill guides are also available. The lipped guide centralizes the fish to assure contact with the magnet. The mill guide enables milling of any soft formation or settling to free debris at the bottom of the hole.

Instructions For Use:

  1. Calculate the square entry according to the length of the reverse circulation strong magnetic salvage.

  2. Take out the steel ball in the tool body and remove the debris adsorbed on the surface of the reverse circulation strong magnetic salvage.

  3. Place the reverse circulation strong magnetic salvage on a turntable with a wooden board placed in advance (to prevent the salvage from being adsorbed by the turntable), and connect it to the lower part of the drill string.

  4. Lower the salvage to 2-5m away from the fallen objects in the well and start the pump circulation. After the well sediment is washed clean, lift the drill string, remove the lower drill rod, put in the steel ball, then connect the upper drill rod, lower the drill string, make the salvage 0.5m away from the bottom of the well, start the reverse circulation with a large pump for 10 minutes, slowly lower the salvage to the bottom of the well (drilling pressure is not more than 1t), then lift it up 0.3-0.5m, change the direction of the salvage, and then lower the drill string while circulating, repeat several times, check the depth of the square drill rod into the well, and when it is confirmed that the bottom of the salvage has indeed contacted the fallen objects, you can start drilling.

  5. When starting to drill, the pump can only be stopped after the drill string is lifted 0.5-1m. It is strictly forbidden to unload the turntable during drilling.

  6. The operation process must be smooth and gentle, and severe vibration and impact are strictly prohibited.
