Huichi marine casing cutter is built to withstand extreme shock encountered in cutting strings of uncentralized conductor pipe.
The marine casing cutter produced and sold by Huichi Petro can be divided into hydraulic internal cutter and mechanical internal cutter according to different operating principles.
The hydraulic internal cutter is a tool that uses water power to push the cutter to cut inside the pipe. The cutter has a reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, faster cutting speed, and can withstand severe vibration when cutting multiple layers of non-concentric casing. The sturdy cutter arm can be extended to 5 times the diameter of the body, so as to obtain the maximum stability performance under various adverse cutting conditions (including hard points, eccentricity, discontinuous cutting, etc.).
The mechanical internal cutter is a tool specially used to cut underground fixed (or stuck) pipes from the inside of the pipe. Except for the joints and couplings, it can be cut at any position inside the pipe. When used to deal with drill stuck accidents, the upper unstuck pipe string can be removed after cutting the pipe string above the stuck point. It is also used for cutting during casing replacement construction, and the effect is very ideal. The end cut after cutting is smooth and flat, and the next step can be carried out directly.
The ND-J type mechanical internal cutter produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is a downhole cutting tool for mechanically cutting casing, tubing, and drill pipe. It has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, convenient operation, and high cutting effect. To prevent cutting the casing and tubing couplings, the cutter should avoid the coupling position when entering the well, and can be used in conjunction with the coupling finder when conditions permit. It can be used in conjunction with a salvage spear to salvage the cut pipe string out of the well at one time along with the cutter, or a salvage tool can be used separately to salvage the cut fish.
