The QY type full hydraulic drilling jar series produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is a tool for unblocking downhole drill tools when they are stuck. The tool integrates upper and lower impacts, and adopts a valve body structure to make the tool's delay more stable and its performance more reliable. The delay function of the QY type full hydraulic drilling jar series can fully elastically stretch the drill string and store energy before the shock release, so as to achieve the best shock effect. When the downhole drill tool is stuck, the QY type full hydraulic drilling jar series can provide a huge impact force through the drilling operation on the well, so as to achieve the purpose of unblocking and quickly resume normal drilling operations.
QY type full hydraulic drilling jar series in the well When used, the operator can release the upward or downward impact force by lifting or lowering the drill bit on the ground (without torque or external adjustment), and can freely adjust the size of the impact force within the allowable range. The tool has reliable performance, simple and convenient operation, and can be widely used in various downhole operations such as drilling, coring, salvage and well repair.
QY type drilling jar series mainly consists of: spindle, spline body, upward impact pad, upper spindle, cylinder sleeve, downward impact pad, connector, balance piston, intermediate spindle, valve body, filter element, plug, lower spindle, pressure body, lower joint, etc. and other sealing components.
Upward impact working principle: By lifting the drill string, an upward lifting force is applied to the mandrel. The mandrel drives the upper valve body to move inside the upper hydraulic cylinder. The oil chamber begins to shrink with the movement of the upper valve body, and the hydraulic oil in the chamber begins to compress and hold pressure (i.e., store energy). When the upper valve body moves upward to a certain stroke, the hydraulic oil in the chamber is suddenly released and unloaded to form an upward shock force.
Working principle of downstroke: Similar to the working principle of upstroke, pressure is applied to the mandrel by lowering the drill string. Energy storage is achieved by the downward movement of the lower valve body in the lower hydraulic cylinder. When the energy is stored to a certain extent, it will be released instantly to generate a downward force.
1. A ground test must be performed before the tool is lowered into the well, and it can only be used after the test is passed.
2. Check whether the oil plugs on the tool are tightened Tighten.
3. On the turntable, remove the clamp after the tool is connected to the drill bit, and lower it into the well together with the drill bit.
4. The tool and drill collar or weighted drill pipe can be combined into a column, but it must be connected to the top of the column.
5. The tool is best connected and placed above the neutral point of the entire drill bit combination, so that the tool is in a tensile state.
6. The outer diameter of the tool should be less than or equal to the diameter of the drill collar and the lower drill bit combination.
7. Recommended drill bit combination:
Upper drill bit + weighted drill pipe (outer diameter shall not be greater than the outer diameter of the jar) + QYⅢ jar + drill collar (outer diameter shall not be less than the outer diameter of the jar) + lower drill bit.
1. Lower the drill bit, exceeding the weight of the upper drill bit of the jar 5~7 tons to return the "upward impact damping mechanism" of the jar.
2. Lift the drill bit, and then wait for the jar to vibrate. The upward impact force of the jar = the last upward reading of the weight gauge before the vibration minus the hanging weight of the drill bit on the upper part of the jar.
3. Repeat the above steps to achieve continuous upward impact.
1. Lower the drill bit, and then wait for the jar to vibrate. The downward impact force of the jar = the last downward reading of the weight gauge before the vibration - the hanging weight of the drill bit on the upper part of the jar.
2. Lift the drill bit, and exceed the weight of the drill bit on the upper part of the jar by 5~7 Tons, so that the internal structure of the jar returns to its original position.
3. Immediately lower the drill bit, and then wait for the jar to jar.
4. Repeat the above steps to achieve continuous lowering operation.
When the tool is working underground, it is not allowed to lift or lower the force applied to the tool exceeding the maximum working load that the design can withstand.
When pulling out the drill, the tool should be in a fully pulled-out state. The mandrel clamp must be installed at the wellhead before it can be safely removed from the turntable to prevent collision.
