The IBOP well control equipment in oilfield drilling is a key equipment to ensure the safety of drilling operations and prevent blowout accidents. It is installed inside the drill string. When the bottom hole pressure rises abnormally during drilling and exceeds the set value, the control mechanism of the blowout preventer well control equipment will receive a signal and respond quickly in an emergency, driving the main sealing component to close, forming an effective seal inside the drill string, thereby effectively preventing the high-pressure oil and gas mixture fluid from spraying out of the wellhead through the drill string channel and avoiding the occurrence of blowout accidents. The blowout preventer is usually used in conjunction with other well control equipment such as the blowout preventer group and the control system to form a safety guarantee system in drilling operations.

The top drive blowout preventer produced and sold by Huichi petro has a shell made of high-quality E-grade materials. Its structure includes multiple key components such as valve body, upper valve seat, wave spring, valve core, operating handle, cross slide, handle sleeve, lower split retaining ring, lower valve seat, upper split retaining ring, support ring, hole retaining ring, O-ring, etc.
The core of the internal blowout preventer adopts a metal-sealed ball valve design, which incorporates a wave spring compensation and pressure-assisted sealing mechanism to ensure excellent sealing performance in both high-pressure and low-pressure environments. It retains the design and structural advantages of conventional ball valves. In order to achieve high-pressure sealing, a pressure-assisted sealing mechanism is specially designed so that the pressure of the sealed fluid generates a sealing force between the valve core and the upper and lower valve seats. This sealing force plays a role in pressure-assisted sealing. In order to achieve low-pressure sealing, a wave spring preload mechanism is designed. The wave spring provides the force required to press the lower valve seat against the ball, and when the valve core is sealed from below, the wave spring can still stably provide a sealing force that is not affected by the valve core pressure difference.
