This product is made of high-performance permanent magnetic materials and has extremely strong magnetic force. In a complex drilling environment, when metal parts such as drill bits and drill rods accidentally fall, the fishing magnet can quickly locate and absorb metal objects, such as drill bits, drill rod fragments, tools, etc., with strong magnetic force, effectively avoiding drill jams and blockages during drilling, avoiding obstacles to subsequent drilling operations, and ensuring the smooth progress of oilfield mining.

When the Fishing Magnet is lowered into the well and close to metal objects, its strong magnetic field will attract metal. The magnetic lines penetrate the surrounding drilling fluid, rock debris and other media, interact with the metal objects, and magnetize the objects and absorb them on the surface of the magnet. By connecting with the drill string, the fishing magnet can safely lift the absorbed metal objects to the ground.

o Using rare earth permanent magnet materials (such as NdFeB), the magnetic strength can reach more than 12,000 Gauss. It is specially designed for complex underground environments and can efficiently adsorb various ferromagnetic metal fragments (such as drill bit fragments, bolts, etc.).
o High temperature and high pressure resistance: Adapt to extreme underground environments (maximum temperature resistance of 150℃, pressure resistance of 50MPa) to ensure operational stability.
o Simplify the traditional salvage process, directly adsorb metal impurities through magnetic force, avoid drilling interruptions caused by foreign body blockage, and improve operational efficiency by more than 30%.
o Provide a variety of sizes (Φ50mm-Φ200mm), compatible with different well diameters and drilling tool types, and support fast installation and disassembly.
o Equipped with anti-drop locking device to avoid secondary pollution; multi-layer anti-corrosion treatment of surface coating can effectively resist the erosion of hydrogen sulfide, salt water, etc., and extend the service life.
